Pure Hoodia - or not?

Another difficulty for consumers looking for real Hoodia Gordonii is that there is no test that can be done to tell the level of the active ingredient in Hoodia mixtures outside of a lab. Most of the companies that offer Hoodia products actually only have 0.1 and 0.01% of the active ingredient found in Hoodia to curb the appetite, known as p57.

Thankfully, there are some companies that have been known to sell the real deal. These companies that have proven they carry pure are typically around the $40 to $60 per-bottle price range and carry the proper documentation visible on their sites. If you are thinking of trying a Hoodia Gordonii, stick with the companies that offer pure Hoodia and can back up their claim.
